Punishment of the crime

1. 상해 피고인은 2014. 7. 28. 01:10경 인천 남동구 C 앞 길에서, 술에 취한 상태로 아무런 이유 없이 피해자 D(25세)의 얼굴 부위를 손으로 때리고, 발로 피해자의 배와 허벅지 부위를 걷어 찼고, 위 피해자의 일행인 피해자 E(여, 25세)로부터 제지 당하자 화가 나 발로 위 피해자의 배와 허벅지를 4회 걷어 차고, 손으로 위 피해자의 목을 졸랐다.
