A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a radar car.

On March 29, 2019, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.199%, and led the Defendant to drive the said car in the direction of electric flow in the direction of the intersection, depending on the four-lanes in front of the D in Busan-gu Busan-gu C.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as light salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim I (the victim I (the 38 years old), who is the passenger of the said F rocketing other taxi, for about two weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G, such as light salt and tension for two weeks of medical treatment.
