Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around 08:20 on June 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was boarding a taxi operated by C in front of a 2-year city located in Daegu-gun, Daegu-si, and was moving to the “Ehigh School” located in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu; (b) found out the victim’s cash 70,000 won, resident registration certificates, drivers’ licenses, agricultural credit cards, etc. in the back seat, and subsequently stolen them.
2. On June 9, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased gams 1 straws and gambs 2 disease from the “Hmat” in the operation of the Victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu (hereinafter “10:07” as stated in the indictment; and (b) presented it to the victim as if he had a legitimate right to use the stolen gambs 1,00 won, and had the victim pay 11,00 won.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the same amount of proprietary benefits from the victim, and used the lost credit card.
3. On June 11, 2019, the Defendant, at around 03:31, 201, presented to the victim J’s “Kukin Bank” in the Daegu Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, as seen in the foregoing Paragraph 1, as if the Defendant had legitimate right to use the NAC’s credit card, and received the victim’s pecuniary benefits equivalent to 15,000 won at the market price by placing an order.
4. On June 11, 2019, at around 03:15, the Defendant attempted to pay the drinking value by presenting the stolen credit card completion to the victim as if he had a legitimate right of use, as in the “N” for the management of the victim M in Daegu Seo-gu L. Around 03:15, the Defendant ordered an alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 180,00,000, and upon the prior payment request, the Defendant attempted to pay the drinking value by presenting the stolen credit card completion to the victim, as in the foregoing paragraph 1.
