1. The plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts recognized;

A. The plaintiff is the husband of defendant B.

The network R died on July 29, 1995 as the Plaintiff’s mother, and the network X died on July 1, 1999 as the Plaintiff’s mother.

The network X and the network R died on April 3, 199 as his child, and her wife died on April 3, 199, and caused Defendant I and her child to have Defendant J, Defendant K, Defendant L, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, Defendant F, networkY (the wife was on April 6, 2008. The wife died on April 6, 2008) and Defendant H.

B. On March 4, 1971, the registration of preservation of ownership was made in the name of the network S with respect to Qacheon-si Qaland 4,780 square meters, and on January 17, 1983, the network X, network R, network S, and networkY owned each of 1/4 shares.

On June 17, 1999, 1/4 shares of the network X, and 1/4 shares of the network Y are transferred to each other on June 23, 1999. At present, the above land is registered in the name of the Plaintiff, 1/2 shares, 1/4 shares in the network R, and 1/4 shares in the name of the network S.

C. On March 4, 1971, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of the network S with respect to the land above 770 square meters of Tland in Sacheon-si, and on January 17, 1983, the network X, the network R, network S, and the network Y own each share of 1/4.

On February 2, 1998, the shares of the network S were transferred to the network S, and the shares of the network S became 2/4. On June 23, 1999, the shares of the networkY 1/4 were transferred to the Plaintiff. The current land is registered in the name of the Plaintiff 1/4 shares, 1/4 shares, and 1/2 shares in the name of the network S in the name of the Plaintiff.

On January 17, 1983, registration of preservation of ownership has been made in the name of the deceased R on each land of 1,417 square meters and 671 square meters in Sacheon-si, U.S.

E. The land located above W 1,730.5 square meters in Sacheon-si is a land registered as a substitute lot with a land of 3,514 square meters in Sacheon-si with a land of 1,793.9 square meters in AA and a land of 1,730.5 square meters in the same Ri.

In relation to the above land, 1/2 shares were registered in the name of the network X and network R, but on February 2, 1998, the shares of 1/2 shares in the network X were transferred to the network S, and the present land is in the name of the network R.
