1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 117,075,092 and KRW 44,659,859 among the Plaintiff, from November 9, 2016 to March 30, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 117,075,092 won and 44,659,859 won among them, with 12.63% per annum from November 9, 2016 to March 30, 2017, 15% per annum from March 31, 2017 to the date of full payment, and 21,715,153 won per annum from November 9, 2016 to the date of full payment, and thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 15.68% per annum. It is so decided as per Disposition.
