1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from September 14, 2016 to March 30, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 120,000,000 won with 5% interest per annum from September 14, 2016 to March 30, 2017, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
