Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who leased the 1st floor of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government building C from the victim B and operated the restaurant "D".

1. On March 19, 2013, the Defendant cited the Packet stating “doing the return of the deposit money for a malicious building owner B” in front of the victim’s house in Geumcheon-gu, Busan, the Defendant insultingd the victim by viewing the Packet.

2. On March 20, 2013, the Defendant insultingd the victim in a place under paragraph (1) in the same manner as that under paragraph (1).

3. On March 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cited the Paint stating that “the return of the money for lease on a deposit basis to a malicious building owner B” in front of the Goak-gu Godong-gu, Busan; and (b) insulting the victim by allowing people to look at the Paket.

4. On March 22, 2013, the Defendant insultingd the victim at the place under paragraph (3) in the same manner as that of paragraph (3).

5. On March 25, 2013, the Defendant insultingd the victim at the place under paragraph (3) in the same manner as that of paragraph (3).

6. On March 26, 2013, the Defendant insultingd the victim at the place under paragraph (3) in the same manner as that of paragraph (3).

7. From March 28, 2013 to May 2, 2013, the Defendant insultingd the victim several times in the manner prescribed in paragraph (1) in front of the victim’s house.
