Basic Facts

The Plaintiff is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with B with respect to the vehicle in question (hereinafter “instant vehicle”). The Defendant is the construction manager of the road located in Cheongdo-ri 334-2, Cheongnam-gun, Cheongnam-do (hereinafter “instant road”).
