Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “instant building”) concluded a trust agreement with the K non-real estate trust company (hereinafter “K non-real estate trust”) regarding the new construction and sale of the building, and the K non-real estate trust newly built and sold the instant building in accordance with the above trust agreement.
