A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant purchased a certificate of deposit in another person’s name (hereinafter referred to as “certificate of deposit”) and applied for subscription to apartment buildings sold in lots across the country, and then converted into a specialized speculation that resells the winning right to sell in lots and makes profits from selling in lots.

1. No person who violates the Act on Housing shall transfer or take over, or arrange for, a certificate of savings of occupants in order to acquire or have others acquire the housing built and supplied pursuant to the Act;

Nevertheless, on March 201, 201, the Defendant purchased an offer under the name of another person in the foregoing 34 times as shown in the attached Table 1 sheet from around 201 to January 2015, from “E” to “E”, the Defendant purchased an offer under the name of another person, including an offer under the name of F, a certified public certificate, a certified public certificate, a certified resident registration certificate, and a certificate of seal impression from F.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired the occupant savings certificate.

2. On June 201, the Defendant: (a) purchased an offer from the name of the head of the Tong who raises his/her children without his/her spouse, G, who is a professional work worker of the head of the passbook; and (b) increased the number of family members by marriageing them mutually; (c) offered to increase the number of family members; (d) offered to raise the score of the offer offered to the head of the passbook purchased from these members; (e) the Defendant raised the subscription for disguised marriage work expenses (including the purchase price), together with H, who is a work worker of the same head of the Tong, purchased the subscription under his/her name and reported a false marriage; and (e) the Defendant purchased the subscription under his/her name with H, a disguised marriage party, who is a work worker of the same head of the Tong.

G It is false to the purport that the above I and J were married to each other in the G-si Office of Young-si around June 21, 201, after obtaining the consent by making a false report of marriage with H and I in the name of the head of Tong.
