A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court on September 2, 201, has the record of receiving a summary order of KRW 2.5 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on February 2, 2007, with the record of receiving a summary order of KRW 5 million as a fine at the Seoul Western District Court on the same crime.

On June 22, 2016, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a chip car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.070%, from around 123 to around 124, a new interesting apartment, which was 289, as an amendment to the Sinnam-si, Sungnam-si, 289.

Accordingly, even though the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, he again driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Probation, community service order, and order to attend a compliance driving lecture under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act may be partially considered for the reasons of sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, but considering the fact that there are many kinds of power in the apartment complex, the sentence as ordered shall be determined.
