Defendant
On July 6, 2016, A was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months with prison labor for the acquisition of stolen goods at the source of guard, and on May 2, 2017, the parole period was expired on July 15, 2017 during the execution of the sentence in the guard house.

1. Defendant A
A. On June 6, 2017, at around 03:30 on June 6, 2017, the Defendant and the Defendant, along with E, purchased four telephone calls with the taxi engineer J, K, L, and M in the nameless customers acquired from F, G, and I through H, a subordinate purchase volume, and I, with knowledge that they are stolen.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired stolen goods in collusion with E.
B. The Defendant, on October 2017, purchased the Defendant’s sole crime with knowledge of the fact that the Defendant was a stolen of the Defendant’s LG Q6 mobile phone around the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City’s market price, which is equivalent to KRW 700,000,00 from the beginning of June 2017 to October 28, 2017, from the date of theft No. 30 from “the date of theft of No. 30,” to “the date of theft of No. 23:00, Oct. 28, 2017” to “the date of theft of No. 230, Oct. 28, 2017,” and “the date of theft of No. 230, Oct. 28, 2017” to “the date of theft of the phone No. 63 mobile phone,” a total of 63 phone carried, as the victim’s cell.
