A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Customs Act, along with C, D, E, F, G and H, intended to closely import the heavy domestic construction in the way of “replacement” in the warehouse located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, using the word “replacement” in which he was prepared in advance and brought into the warehouse from China.
