Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On July 11, 2012, the Defendant stated “D”, “E” in the resident registration number column, and “E” in the address column of the letter of proxy for the certificate of the certificate of the certificate of the seal impression attached to C at the reverse 2-dong community service center located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Doro 43-ro 25-gil (former 761-26) and had C affix the above seal stamp attached to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights, the Defendant forged a letter of proxy for the certificate of seal impression in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On July 11, 2012, the Defendant stated that “D”, “B million won”, and “Seoul Jongno-gu F” in the address column in the site for the establishment of the right to collateral security on a motor vehicle at an unspecified place and the debtor column in the site for the establishment of the right to collateral security on a motor vehicle, and affixed the seal of the said D in advance attached thereto.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle mortgage creation contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant exercised the power of proxy for a certificate of the seal imprint as if it were a document where the above C had a fluorous employee of the above community service center, who was aware of the forgery, completed the power of proxy for the certificate of the seal imprint as above.

B. Around July 11, 2012, the Defendant exercised a contract to establish a forged motor vehicle collateral security right as if it were a document duly formed by concluding the contract to establish a forged motor vehicle collateral security right at the Gangnam-gu Office located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was aware of the forgery at the office of Gangnam-gu.
