Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Around August 2010, an independent party intervenor leased a building on the ground, including three parcels and composts, from the Do Farming Partnership (hereinafter “D Farming Corporation”) in Pyeongtaek-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and three parcels and composts, etc., all over which the deposit was KRW 100,000,000 and the contract term was from August 1, 2010 to July 30, 2013, and installed various machinery necessary for the said production business.

However, on February 23, 2011, an independent party intervenor was unable to operate the above business due to a financial shortage, etc., and transferred to the plaintiff the right to authorize and permit the above non-production business and various corporeal movables (hereinafter the above contract between the independent party intervenor and the plaintiff). The main contents are as follows.
On January 25, 2011, before the conclusion of the acquisition agreement of this case, the acquisition agreement of this case was made by the independent party intervenor Eul: the plaintiff : (a) the plaintiff [real estate: Lease ] Doz.
