A defendant shall be punished by a maximum of one year and a short of eight months.

The defendant 72,00 won and the applicant for compensation shall be D.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 10, 2013, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant, at the GPC room located in the Guro-si F, 2013, posted a computer to the effect that “An online NAVER’s H website spoppy spoppy spoppy,” and that “the Defendant will deliver goods at the time of the receipt of the goods” to the victim I who reported the above posted statement.

However, the defendant did not have the above goods at the time and merely took false sales letters due to lack of living expenses, and there was no intention or ability to sell the goods to the victim according to the above agreement.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 105,00 as the price for the goods from the bank account in the name of the Defendant at the time of the said temporary closure from the victim, and received KRW 10,732,500 in total from the victims by the same method as indicated in the annexed crime list between August 9, 2012 and February 23, 2013, as shown in the annexed crime list 1.

2. On December 30, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would sell at KRW 15,000 the Internet NVV “H” on the Internet NVV bulletin board of the Gu-U.S. Do (hereinafter referred to as “Gu-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-U. Do-U.S. Do-U. Do-U.S. Do-U.S. Do-

However, at the time, the Defendant did not have the above admission ticket and received money from the victim, but did not have any intention or ability to sell the above admission ticket.

At around 12:41 on the same day, the Defendant received 45,000 won from the victim as sales proceeds from the mutual savings bank account (K) under the name of the Defendant, and the amount of goods from the victims nine times in total from the above date to February 22:53, 2013.
