Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six years with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Chuncheon District Court on September 28, 1984; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul High Court on December 19, 191; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Chuncheon District Court on January 18, 1996; imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Chuncheon District Court on May 31, 2001; imprisonment with prison labor for three years and three million won with prison labor for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months from September 25, 2009; and imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the District Court on September 214.
1. From May 10, 2012 to May 10, 2012, the Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property under the same law six times in total, as indicated in the annexed Table 1, from around 2,3,5 to May 10, 2012, the Defendant opened a string door door to the house of the victims D in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, and opened a 400,000 won in cash owned by the victims and stolen it.
2. On April 29, 2012, the Defendant operated the said car without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of five times from around 09:00 to around 13:00 on the same day, via a sports hall where the name of the early stop is unknown from the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Chuncheon-si to the Defendant’s house. The Defendant operated the said car without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of five times from around 10 to May 10, 2012, as shown in attached Table 2.
