Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Western District Court for six months, and on May 1, 2017, the same court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime and the judgment became final and conclusive on the same day. On May 6, 2018, the suspended sentence became null and void, and the execution of each of the said suspended sentence was terminated in the Ansan Prison on May 6, 2018. On December 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Seoul Southern Southern District Court on February 20, 2019.

1. On June 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00 on June 23, 2019, the Defendant moved out one marith in a water tank in front of the “D Operation of the Victim C” restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and the first floor; (b) around 100,000,000 the market price owned by the victim.
