Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on April 21, 2017.

1. Around October 18, 2017, the Defendant damaged the property by destroying one art work equivalent to KRW 5 million at the market price managed by the victim D (ma, 32 years of age) who was installed outside the art gallery located outside the art gallery in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu Seoul.

2. On October 18, 2017, from around 09:50 to around 10:00, the Defendant damaged the property by cutting off one of the U.S. aviation districts managed by the victim G (W, 25 years of age) located in the front of the “F” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and cutting down one of the U.S. aviation districts managed by the victim G (W, 25 years of age).

3. At around 17:40 on February 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) extracted one U-type pipe, a dangerous object installed at the entrance of a company bank entrance at the entrance of the underground shopping district located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to make the public bicycle managed by the Seoul Facilities Corporation to be repaired in an amount equivalent to KRW 277,00 in the market value; and (b) continuously filled the CCTV camera installed on the entrance of the underground shopping district into U-type pipe so that the repair cost equivalent to KRW 178,00 in the market value can be damaged; (c) by continuously cutting the CCTV camera installed on the entrance of the underground shopping district into a U-type pipe; and (d) by cutting down the upper part of the upper part of the upper part and plants, and then cutting up a u-type pipe and then destroying it.
