B는 2018. 3. 하 순경 구인 사이트를 보고 성명 불상자( 위 챗 대화명 ‘G’ )에게 연락을 하여, 위 성명 불상 자로부터 ‘ 내가 지정하는 장소로 가서 체크카드를 수령하여 이를 다시 지정하는 곳으로 보내거나, 체크카드로 금원을 인출, 송금하는 일을 하면 수고비를 주겠다’ 는 제의를 받고 이를 수락하였고, 피고인 A는 2018. 4. 경 피고인 B를 통해 위 성명 불상자와 연락하여 체크카드를 받아 성명 불상자에게 전달하는 일을 하기로 공모하였다.
