Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of 2,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. A gambling tank;

A. From around 18:00 on October 12, 2013 to 01:00 on the following day, the Defendant provided F, G, H, I, and J (hereinafter “E”) with four copies of each card using 52 card, and 1,000 won per capita, with a new card replaced over three times, continuously putting up a certain amount of money suffering from the previous disease (i.e., "one-titleing”), and then, with a view to helping F, etc., knowing that a person with a card with a low figure of 18:00 on the next day was able to do gambling together, by providing F, etc. with a total of KRW 1,100,00 for gambling money, and aiding and abetting it.

B. On October 20, 2013, from around 15:00 to around 02:30 of the following day, the Defendant provided F, G, H, and I with a single name “bava” type of gambling in the same manner as paragraph (a) at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a), thereby aiding and abetting F, etc. by providing F, etc. with a total of KRW 13 million with gambling funds, in order to assist the gambling.

C. On October 26, 2013, from around 18:00 to the next day 01:00, the Defendant provided F, G, H, I, and J, etc. with a single-name “bava” type of gambling in the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) by providing F, etc. with a total of KRW 6 million with gambling funds, in order to assist F, etc. in gambling, even though he/she was aware that he/she concurrently did so.

2. Around November 25, 2013, around 15:30 on November 25, 2013, the Defendant entering into a house, via a gate opened in the idea of demanding the payment of the amount of gambling money that the victim lent to the victim F, who had been located in Danung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and that he had infringed on the victim’s residence.

3. The Defendant shall go to the Mati-gun, Mana-gun, Mana-gun, 17:20 on November 25, 2013.
