Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a registration number plate of an automobile;

Nevertheless, around June 2012, the Defendant disposed of BOba, which is located in the new 1, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and removed the registration number plate of the above Oba, and voluntarily attached it to the 49c Obama, and on June 11, 2016, the registration number plate of the motor vehicle was used unlawfully by operating the above Oba in the front of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the street around 11:30.

2. No person who has an automobile in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 11:30 on June 11, 2016, the Defendant operated approximately 2 km from the 414-55, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to C front roads without mandatory insurance.
