Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a BMW car.

On February 9, 2016, the Defendant, at the time of the bankruptcy of Gangnam-gu, proceeded to the new station from two lanes in front of the horizontal road to the new station in accordance with the bankruptcy of Gangnam-gu, Seoul. On February 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) led the victim C, who continued to drive a four-lane to the new station by making a right-hand turn from the new station to the two-lane; (b) led the victim C to the right-hand side of the motor vehicle, who was driven by the new station; (c) led the victim C to the rapid operation of the motor vehicle through one vehicle without the direction, etc. in front of the said vehicle; and (d) led the victim by advertising the vehicle from the vehicle to the new station; and (d) selling the windows to drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant driving a dangerous object and threatened the victim.
