Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

1. On May 12, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “the Act”), driving a unregistered 49cc Orala on May 12, 2014, carried out the road front of the C Hospital in front of the C Hospital located at the Gyeongnam bank, from the southnam bank, to the Korean Electric Power

Nevertheless, around 20:45 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant operated Oba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the front road of the C Hospital building located in the C Hospital B at the macro-si.
