Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) by the Defendant is a driver of 100cc c. who has not registered a license plate.

On June 12, 2015, the Defendant driving the above Oral Sea, which started from the residence located in Seopo-si B, Seopo-si on June 12, 2015, and driven approximately KRW 1 km from the front of the Gangwon Military Base Officer in the same Dong.
