When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.154% among blood transfusion around 09:08, the Defendant driven a 9km B chip truck from the front side of the waiting room for workers to the parking lot of the Masan-dong community service center located in 59-4, Gwangju Northern-gu, as it is located in the front side of the waiting room for workers.
