A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been in charge of and engaged in the management of loans at the D Credit Union located in Si/Gu from July 9, 1998 to February 27, 2013.

1. On April 23, 2009, the Defendant entered the above E’s loan application form, “The date of loan commencement, April 23, 2009,” and “40 million won on April 23, 2012, when entering the loan application form, entered one copy of the above E’s loan application form, and drafted one copy of the loan application form in the name of the above credit union, which is an electronic records of the rights and obligations of the above contents, by accessing the above credit union’s office with its own computer device without authority for the purpose of making any error in business affairs and approving the above loan.”

The Defendant continued to transmit one copy of the loan application form, which is an electronic record, as seen above, to the credit union federation, and exercised it.

2. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant, using the name of E, applied for a loan to E at the time, place, and at the same time, at the time, place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant, despite the fact that the said E applied for a loan, presented the application for a loan to E as the victim, to the said D Credit Union, and thereby deceiving the said victim as if he applied for a loan, and was subject to the loan from the victim.

3. On June 3, 2009, the Defendant forged private documents using G’s certificate of personal seal impression issued by G for the extension of the term of lending existing loans, and a certificate of personal seal impression issued by G for the extension of the term of lending existing loans, and in the form of a loan transaction agreement using a black pen to the debtor column, “G” and “the address column.”
