The Defendants conspired to sell goods or provide services in collusion as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, thereby making a total of 8,640,000 won by credit cards over a total of 57 times from May 10, 2010 to October 10, 2010, and made a total of 8,6640,000 won by means of credit cards, and made a financing of approximately 80,000,000 won out of them.
