Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.
, however, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative of the FUE who sells agricultural products in Busan Jin-gu D and 1019, and the defendant B is the representative of the FUF to sell agricultural products in Busan Jin-gu D and B1055, and the defendants are in the relationship of this kind.
No person shall make a transaction by credit cards, or have another person make a transaction by proxy in excess of the actual sales amount or the actual sales amount of goods and services, etc., or arrange or arrange such transaction by lending funds.
The Defendants: (a) let other persons in need of cash purchase the goods at each of the above franchise stores, and (b) let them pay the goods using credit cards as if they purchased the goods, and (c) receive money by lending money excluding 5-10% of the fee.
1. On December 14, 2015, Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Financial Industry Specializing in Credit Financial Business (hereinafter “Defendant A”) provided a loan to 78 persons who were 179 times in total to 171,59,500 won by means of credit card in the name of H and return money other than fees, as if the Defendant purchased goods in the Plaintiff-gu Busan, Busan, 1019, and 1019 of the first floor, as if he purchased goods in the Plaintiff-gu, the Plaintiff provided a loan to 4,305,500 won with credit card in the name of H and returned money.
Accordingly, the Defendant, as if he sold goods, gave a credit card payment and then gave a loan to the Defendant.
2. On December 26, 2015, Defendant B violated the Act on the Financial Business Specializing in Credit, Defendant B, as if he purchased the goods in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, Busan, B1055, the Defendant had 3,350,000 won by credit card in the name of the I and paid 3,350,000 won with the money other than the fees, as if he purchased the goods in the Lin-gu, Busan, Busan, and 2055, and 55 persons, from that time on April 18, 2016, all of whom are 101 times, as described in the F crime List in attached Form (State).
