The defendant shall pay 301,094,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from December 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 3, 4, and 5 as to the cause of the plaintiff's claim, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with a total of KRW 501,094,000 to February 2, 2019, and on the other hand, the plaintiff was paid KRW 200,000 out of the price of the above goods by the defendant. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 301,094,000 (= KRW 501,094,000 - KRW 200,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of full payment to the day of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
