1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,073,073 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 16, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff worked for the Defendant from July 15, 199 to March 26, 2016, and the Plaintiff’s failure to receive the total of KRW 44,873,073,073, including KRW 20,441,148, and retirement allowances and KRW 24,431,925, etc., may be recognized by the statement of evidence A, unless there is a dispute between the parties or by the statement of evidence A, and the Plaintiff was paid KRW 16,80,000, out of the said money as substitute payment by the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 28,073,073 won (i.e., the above 44,873,073 won - the above 16,80,000 won) and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 16, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
