Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 9,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2013, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of freight vehicles B ton of Class III, has been in violation of the provisions on prohibition of drinking under the influence of alcohol twice or more by receiving a summary order of KRW 3,000,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on November 15, 2013, and by receiving a summary order of KRW 5,000,000 from the same court on November 15, 2013.

On April 19, 2015, at around 17:46, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.156% without a driver’s license, and driven the two-lanes of two-lanes between the two-lanes into the intersection in front of the Dr. Dr. C located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-si, Young-si (U.S.) and the intersection in front of the Dr. Dr. C located in the same airspace from the airspace of the Gu.
