Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on March 28, 2008, and on June 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of 2.5 million won in the name of the same crime in the same court on June 28, 201.

On March 2, 2014, at around 15:30, the Defendant driven a 1 kilometer car flow from the street room near Singu-dong, Sinsi-dong, Sinung-do to the three-dimensional street in front of the entrance of the same route, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.156% of blood alcohol concentration.
