The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 52,613,932 and the amount of KRW 51,249,414 from July 23, 2020 to the date of full payment.

On October 2, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a loan transaction agreement with the Defendant (loan: 70,000,000 won: maximum interest rate: 22% per annum; 22% per annum; repayment method: October 2, 2021; and : repayment method: repayment method: repayment method) with the Defendant; however, the Defendant did not pay only the principal and interest until April 21, 2020; and the Defendant did not pay the principal and interest after delay; thus, the Plaintiff lost the benefit by reason of the repayment and demanded the repayment of the principal and interest to the Defendant; thus, the Plaintiff did not lose the benefit by reason of the repayment and demanded the repayment of the principal and interest to the Defendant, which is the same as the purport of the claim.
