A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of ownership transfer with the Mayor/Do Governor. The Defendant did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer with the Mayor/Do Governor even though he/she took over a C TlaXG motor vehicle owned by B on November 20

2. The accused who has violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, Violation of the Road Traffic Act, Violation of the Road Traffic Act, and Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person engaged in driving of CTXG automobiles, and any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall not be operated on the road;

On January 8, 2015, the Defendant driving the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 07:18, and driving the said car into the mandatory insurance policy, and driving the dives-kick-dong, Kim Jong-si road in front of the dives-si, Kim Jong-si.
