At around 23:40 on January 11, 2015, under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant, the Defendant driven approximately KRW 300 meters on the road front of the Sejong Kwikset Office located in the Busan metropolitan Transportation Daegu, for a half-class road located in the same Gu.
