Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2006, the defendant was issued a summary order of one million won as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on July 14, 2006, and on February 22, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of one million won as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch.

At around 06:30 on June 8, 2014, the Defendant driven BM5 car at a section of about 500 meters from the Headong apartment in Busan Shipping Daegu to the entrance of the HadongIC in Busan Shipping Daegu, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.057% of blood alcohol concentration.
