Punishment of the crime

around 00:20 on May 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report and received notification from the police officer D belonging to the Jeju Dong-dong Police Station C Branch, who was called for, and received notification as a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; (b) tried to get off the Defendant’s left face at the floor and forced him/her to go out of the patrol; and (c) assaulted the Defendant at one time to go on the Defendant’s drinking side of the said D, who tried to go out of his/her cellular phone.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to 112 reporting processing affairs.

around 22:15 on September 17, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Highest 2742”, at G K K K K K KK’s operation of the victim F (n, e.g., age 49) in Jeju city, committed assaulting the victim’s neck to the wall by cutting off the victim’s neck, while she was in the city with the victim due to the charge charge.
