Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, around 13:00 on June 6, 2015, 2013: (a) under the influence of alcohol in the D apartment 39-dong elevator in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, for the reason that the victim E (73 years of age) will see himself/herself; (b) the face of the victim can be taken once by drinking; (c) the elevator open after the victim moves to the arms located between the above apartment 39-dong and 40-dong in order to avoid the assault of the defendant, and (d) the victim was assaulted by the victim's head and the side fright to walk at several times.

On February 10, 2010, Defendant B sentenced Defendant B to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Violence) at the Seoul Central District Court on February 10, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison on July 20, 201 by the same court on July 20, 201 and on October 13, 2012.
