When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2013, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s trademark right infringement upon the trademark right holder’s trademark right by advertising that the Defendant would sell lved ices similar to that of the “lved Bracks” product registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (CATRIER and International Registration Number No. 1026625) as the designated goods on the “kved Bracks” product registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as a kind of release on bail on the Internet shopping mall B (C) site operated by the Defendant.
