Punishment of the crime

On January 12:30, 2015, the Defendant driven the said Chand car at a section of about 35 km from the Jinsung F&W parking lot located in the Bongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, to the front road at the entrance of the Gu-do 2-ri, in a state of alcohol level of 0.245% under the influence of alcohol from around 12:30,00 to around 13:10,000.
