Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, only 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are those engaged in each livestock industry, and are the representatives of the FF Agricultural Association in Yong-nam Cancer E.

The FF farming association is a corporation established for the purpose of purchasing and distributing agricultural and livestock products, and the company that supplies feed to the research fee plant operated by the corporation is newly selected every two years. In February 2012, the FF farming association is going to be re-designated by the feed supplier.

The Defendants, the representatives of the above corporations, have a duty to fairly select companies and protect the interests of the above corporations by exercising their voting rights in the representative voting procedure on whether to select certain companies as feed suppliers.

1. On February 23, 2012, Defendant A received 100,000 won, along with an illegal solicitation from the board of representatives, to the effect that, at the H community center located in Yong-Gun G, the Defendant would be given one million won to the effect that, in order to ensure that the J, who participated in the bidding of a feed supplier in the process of selecting a feed supplier as a member of the FF farming association, the Defendant would be able to make a decision in favor of the said company.

As such, the Defendant acquired property in exchange for an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.

2. Around February 23, 2012, Defendant B received one million won, along with an illegal solicitation from the board of representatives, to the effect that, in order to ensure that J may select a feed supplier in the process of selecting a feed supplier from K located in Yong-gun, Yong-gun G around February 23, 2012, the Defendant received one million won as well as an illegal solicitation to the effect that he would be given a favorable decision-making in the above company.

As such, the Defendant acquired property in exchange for an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.
