Punishment of the crime
Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on July 14, 2005; on April 19, 201, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on July 7, 2011; on August 9, 2011, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; on August 9, 2013, the same court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on November 6, 2014, the same court was sentenced to six times of imprisonment with prison labor for the same kind of crime, such as termination of the execution of the sentence; Defendant B was sentenced to six times of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on October 24, 2013.
Criminal facts

1. From around 03:00 on May 7, 2016 to around 03:45, Defendant A: (a) opened the entrance door near the steel door from the verbal repair house operated by the victim E of the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (b) obstructed the objects to be stolen; (c) did not have to do so; (d) but did not commit attempted crimes; and (e) committed a theft of property worth KRW 662,00,000 in total, together with Defendant married or the Defendant B, for a total of four occasions from around that time to May 8, 2016.
2. From May 7, 2016 to 04:45, Defendant B, in collaboration with Defendant A, stolen the property equivalent to KRW 49,000 on two occasions, including the sum of KRW 49,00,00 in the following attached crimes: (a) the Defendant: (b) at the G restaurant for the operation of the Victim F of the Victim F in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (c) at the entrance set up by the Defendant A using the steel string angle; and (d) the Defendant stolen the property in the sum of KRW 30,000,000, 649,000, 3,000, such as the instant list of crimes Nos. 1 and 4.
3. Defendants’ co-principal conduct
A. From May 8, 2016 to around 13:00, the Defendants were in collusion with the use of computers, etc. at the location below the Daejeon Seo-gu New Carbon Vibration during the period from around 12:58 to around 13:00.
