Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant A violates the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) is a person who establishes a brush room and shower room in Ansan-si C and fourth floor and operates a "Dmaz", and the defendant B is a head of the office of "Dmaz".
