Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent 1,00 copies of the obscenity number and the obscenity number of female pictures containing only Handphone number and the obscenity number, from a person who was unable to know the name in front of the agricultural cooperatives located in Ansan-si, Seosan-si, the Defendant agreed to receive 20,000 won, in return, from the person who was unable to know about the name in front of the agricultural cooperatives located in the members’ line.

From the same day to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant distributed the same obscenity in a free window of a vehicle that had entertainment around the Glomond Park, which had been parked in a single place, by inserting the above obscenity.

As a result, the advertisement inducing the defendant to buy sex and at the same time the outdoor advertisements, which are media materials harmful to juveniles, were distributed openly to the public in places through which the general public pass.
