Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2014, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who has been sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras), etc. of Sexual Crimes at the Cheongju District Court on March 28, 2015.

Where the basic personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a competent police agency within 20 days after the ground for such change occurs

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not submit the above revised details to the head of the Gu, U.S. police station within 20 days from the relocation of the Gu, U.S. building D and E in the Gu, Sejong B apartment C around January 2, 2019.
