Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2012, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information, who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of three years and six months on February 6, 2013 with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse in the Jeonju District Court’s Mountain Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 6, 2013. On December 6, 2013, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of six months, imprisonment with prison labor for a year, and imprisonment with labor for a period of one year and six months on July 10, 2014.

Where a person subject to registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date on which the reason and details of such change occur, but the defendant did not submit the reason and details of such change to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days even though he/she changed his/her mobile phone number
