1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. As to the real estate listed in paragraph 5 of the attached list, the registration of ownership transfer (Defendant B2/3 shares, Defendant C1/3 shares) from the Plaintiff clan was completed due to the trade on September 12, 2014 by the same registry office, No. 7817, Sept. 12, 2014, and September 11, 2014.

On February 11, 2014, No. 1226 of the same registry office received on February 11, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer (1/4 shares) was completed from the plaintiff clans from the defendant C, D, E, and F due to the trade on February 11, 2014.

E. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 5, ① the ownership of each building, other structure, or item of land, the entire duration of which is 36,00,000 won for establishing a contract on October 20, 2014, which was received as of October 20, 2014 by the same registry office, as of October 20, 2014; ② the registration of creation of a neighboring community credit cooperative in Daejeon, Defendant B, and Defendant Daejeon; ② the ownership of each object building, other structure, or item of land, the whole duration of which is for establishing a contract on October 20, 2014, as of October 20, 2014, as of October 20, 2014; ③ there is no charge from October 20, 2014; and Defendant Daejeon Community Credit Cooperatives.
