Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a corporation operating virtual currency exchanges, such as Bitcoin and Eitcoin.

On December 7, 2017, around 14:36, the Plaintiff searched “B” from the Google’s search book to verify the transaction information of Eins traded on the Defendant’s website, and then accessed the “B” website which was first searched. This was the web address was a false website which was D’s “D.” The Plaintiff, without knowledge, entered the Plaintiff’s ID and fashion on the said website into the Plaintiff’s ID and fashion, entered the Defendant’s security OTP, which was offered to the Defendant.
