1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:10 on June 2, 2013, Defendant A, at the point of G located in the Busan-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant: (a) told the Defendant’s female-friendly job offers H, who had drinking alcohol together with the Victim B, at the above main point; (b) told the Defendant that the Defendant “I amb from the above main point; (c) ambling the victim B’s face on two occasions by drinking; (d) ambling the victim I (20 years of age) and B once by hand; and (e) ambling the victim B’s face and body on two sides of the victim’s body going beyond the floor; and (e) ambeling the victim B’s face and body part of the treatment days to the victim I ambow at the victim’s face where treatment is necessary for approximately 4 weeks; and (e) ambling the victim’s face at the victim’s face where treatment is necessary for approximately 3 weeks.

2. Defendant B, as stated in paragraph (1) at the time and place, was assaulted by the victim, who was at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and who was a dangerous object at that place, was the victim.
